the latest d/s merge fails 6 test cases due to the CNI bump from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0

we need to do two things:

1. remove these tests cases from origin since they are duplicates to what we can run with the test extension framework and they are ready to run and the upstream tests have already accounted for the CNI bump

2. update multus-cni to allow 1.1.0 which already has logic for checking this version
