      The initial OTE work has enabled a subset of the NetworkSegmentation tests from
      upstream to run in downstream e2e jobs in the jobs that run the openshift-tests
      conformance suite.

      This card is to implement the upstream suite for the Feature:DisablePacketMTUCheck bucket
      which is initially Disabled.
