      Support for multus multi network policy for bridge CNI plugin

      Why is this important?

      Customer Verizon is trying to use a multi-network policy (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.8/networking/multiple_networks/configuring-multi-network-policy.html) with multus (bridge type) and hasn't been able to get it to work yet.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
      • Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement
        details and documents.
