The node network controller needs to use the information allocated from the VTEP controller:

• Set the VTEP IP to the loopback interface and configure the vxlan interface with it
• Use the allocated ID, if any, as a suffix for the different VTEP interfaces like "vxlan<id>" or "br<id>"

If acquiring this information relies on costly unmarshall of json annotations, it might make sense to centralize the availability of this information from NetInfo.
