Provide virtualization tests cases to OVN-Kubernetes, to ensure the feature works (and keeps working).

It should test traffic to the VM IP address during live-migration of a VM between nodes in the same cluster. Established connections must survive VM mobility across nodes for:

• east / west traffic
• north / south traffic

Regarding VM restart, I think we just need to test that a restarted VM gets the same IP address, and that traffic can be established again (both E/W and N/S).
