Currently we don't have tests like:
- default net pod to etp=local service when net is advertised
- default net pod to etp=local service on udn network
- udn pod to etp=local service on its own network -> same node/diff node
- udn pod to etp=local service on a diff network -> same/diff node
- load balancers tests
check for srcIP in these cases... for etp=local all traffic must preserve srcIP and must not SNAT that traffic.
