Description of problem:

The feature gate PersistentIPsForVirtualization has been enabled by default since 4.18 or prior. It is no longer needed within the product.

Remove all references to the gate from your component - CNO.

Any tests containing the feature gate name that report into component readiness should NOT be renamed.
