Supporting services for L2 secondaries may need extra routing at the virt-launcher pod, if this is the case investigate/design how to do the traffic steering at VM too towards the secondary interface.

NOTE: That if we use passt for secondaries too we may not need this since it exposes virt-launcher pod routing.
