[OVN-Kubernetes, IPv6] add e2e test asserting N/S and E/W TCP connection is not broken during live-migration: localnet topology

      Expand the existing KubeVirt tests - which test established east/west TCP connections are not broken during live-migration - to assert the same for north/south.

      The test should create a VM that reaches out to something outside the cluster (maintaining a long lived connection), then migrate it.
