      • in secondary networks users annotate pods in addition to creating NADs as a signal of what network they want the pod to be part of
      • multus sends the 2ndary CNI add and we attach the second interface and update the network-status accordingly
      • we want UDN pods to get hooked in without having to do this so that the user experience is seamless
