Kubernetes deps in the test/e2e dir of ovn-kube are currently on 1.24, these need to be bumped to 1.26 (or whatever the current version of upstream kube is at the current time)

Ginkgo has also deprecated v1 and moved all support to ginkgo/v2

Our current e2e suite uses some deprecated gingko flags and custom reports that no longer function, so the majority of the work left here is resolving this issue
