This is an enhancement request. Event and logs are not populated for failures, reason for sync failures and sriovpolicy success and failures,
These are very much essential for debugging and a user perspective.
It will be even better to have customer logging/filters enabled.

For example: if a node(worker) is not able to configure a policy, logs and events should track it in sriovnetworknodestate as well as in logs.
