Need to figure out how to install and maintain RHCOS on BF-2. We'll be using RHCOS + ovn-k8s pods on BF-2 for our initial MVP release. This is opposed to full blown OCP on the BF-2.

Should be a matter of modifying our existing BF2 provision scripts to use RHCOS instead of RHEL. AFAIK, RHCOS relies on Ironic instead of kickstart.
