• Do we need to revisit the scale targets? Yes, refine

  • Resume scale sync  - have Joe Talerico/Dan Williams and his team run a scale run with load-balancer groups and libovsdb for 4.10
• northd incremental processing - target OVN 22.03 (March)
  • Identify from ovn-k which parts we need incremental processing for first.
• libovsdb - potential batching improvements, lock contention analysis
