MicroShift updates embedded component manifests by gathering
    them from various places in the staged repos and copying them
    to its asset directory.
    
    This story adds MicroShift specific ovnk manifests in CNO
    so that it can be gathered by MicroShift rebase automation.
    
    Ovnk manifests under bindata/network/ovn-kubernetes/microshift
    will not be populated by CNO for regular openshift deployment.
