      "AIC can hurt TCP tput on high speed link, because it can be a source of relevant jitter, fooling both TCP pacing and buffers autotuning. Providing general-purpose good AIC settings is hard, because different NICs support different and often non-overlapping AIC parameters."

      Given suitable values, this can be adjusted via tuned's "net" plugin.
