We need to provide a duration-to-now time range option, as well as the explicit start/end time range. Explicit ranges are useful for investigating past events, duration-up-to-now is more useful for monitoring current cluster activity.

Need to re-organize the settings section of the panel to accomodate this option without taking up too much screen real -estate.
