Context

In order to allow RBAC for datasources and dashboards, we need to update the perses operator version included with COO

Outcome

• Default roles to manage dashboards are created, based on the roles defined in the perses operator
• The perses operator used in COO supports RBAC

How to Verify

• Install COO
• Enable Perses
• Create a RoleBinding for testing users, for example
  • admin-1 user can create dashboards in namespace A
  • viewer-1 can only view dashboards in namespace B
