Some time,  query trace (trace:span:{}) can not return result.

Step to reproduce:

Deploy COO
Deploy Trace and enable Trace UIPlugin
Query trace in TroubleShoot Pannel

Actual Result:

Sometime, Korrel8r report this error.

Expected Result:

Korrel8r  can return result.
