Adjust the DateTime range on the troubleshooting panel while using Focus feature

When the Focus button is clicked on the troubleshooting panel, it should update the troubleshooting panel as follows

Populate the query based on the respective console page and
Select the Date and Time range if set in the troubleshooting Panel and generate the graph(If Date&Time not set in the troubleshooting panel, then no date and time range filters is applied in the resulting graph)
