Background

The Incidents backend was onboarded into COO. The Incidents backend needs to be built and included in COO payload and image list in the operator CSV.

Outcome

• A new component, holding the Incidents backend, is created in konflux COO konflux-release-data
• A new git submodule pointing to Incidents backend: https://github.com/openshift/cluster-health-analyzer is created in konflux-coo
• A Dockerfile is created to build the incidents backend in konflux-coo repo
