On many ui pages the logo is wrong, such as
- installed operators
- operator detail page
- Create CR resource page
On operator hub page, install page and uninstall page, the logo is correct
[COO-587] logo of COO is upstream logo after install with FBC

On operator detail page, old logo displays and I checked the icon data, the icon data in csv file is wrong
Test with FBC , On operator hub page, install page and uninstall page, the logo is changed to the upstream logo

The csv json file contains correct icon data
Test with FBC of snapshot https://console.redhat.com/application-pipeline/workspaces/cluster-observabilit/applications/coo-fbc-v4-17/snapshots/coo-fbc-v4-17-fknn6, the https://github.com/rhobs/konflux-coo/pull/394/files is merged, but the issue still exists.
