      The cluster observability operator should be enabled for platform monitoring following the instructions from https://rhobs-handbook.netlify.app/products/openshiftmonitoring/.

      DoD

      • Metrics exposed over HTTPS (currently it's only HTTP).
      • ServiceMonitor resource(s) compatible with CMO (TLS client cert for authn) installed if the operator detects that the CRD is present in the cluster.
      • Users are able to opt-in for platform monitoring when installing from the OLM UI.
      • Alerting rules to detect anomalies.
      • (optional) dashboards.
