korrel8r can perform the same correlations on OTEL logs as it does on Viaq logs. This includes using logs as start, goal or intermediate objects.

Implementation notes:

• add  a domain for OTEL log records.
• add a new set of rules for OTEL log records that produce OTEL queries.

Question: does korrel8r need to discover the schema, or can it simply run both sets of rules and take whatever matches?
