The OpenShift console doesn't display the correct logo for COO

      COO icon in the OpenShift console uses the Observatorium logo which is cute but it doesn't feel like the operator comes from Red Hat.

      I suppose that we want to use the official Red Hat logo or the COO logo (same as the Jira project).
