As a non-admin user, I want to be able to see my authorized metric results in korrel8r queries.

Notes:

• We do not need to re-enable special links for log-to-metric correlation, using the launcher from the log view with a "goal" query is equivalent.

Open questions

Need to establish exactly when and how a non-admin user is authorized to see metrics.

• What roles must be bound to the user, and in which namespaces?
• Does the developer metric view take special steps to query for non-admin users, if so should korrel8r do the same?
