Outcome

The images of the plugins are updated to the release-0.2 versions for each plugin

Steps

1. Add a new branch for the 0.4 release `cluster-observability-operator-0.4-rhel-8` in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/coo-midstream/cluster-observability-operator-cpaas, updating the product version, plugin hashes and release branches
2. Add a new folder with the 0.4.0 version in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/cpaas-products/cluster-observability-operator
3. Trigger the pipeline in GitLab, check with dmellado1@redhat.com
