      The latest bundle cluster-observability-operator-bundle-container-0.3.0-10  don't include the new UIPlugins Logging,TroubleShottingPanel, DistributedTrace.

      Deploy operator using bundle  cluster-observability-operator-bundle-container-0.3.0-10  

      Actual result:

      Only dashboard plugin is available in Operator Console.
