As a Logging administrator I want to get observability correlation for logs when I create the UIPlugin resource, so that I can correlate logs to metrics/netflows/traces.

1. Given as a Logging administrator I create a UIPlugin resource, I want the Cluster-Observability-Operator to enable logs correlation via the korrel8r deployment.

Developer Notes

1. Adapt korrel8r-controller in COO to watch for UIPlugin resources (type logging) and configure the korrel8r deployment for logs if the UIPlugin resource exists.
