Steps:

env: it is ocp4.21  4.21.0-0.nightly-2025-12-14-144544

• Login as kubeadmin
• Install COO1.3.1
• Developer perspective
• Project/Namespace is set to chat
• Go To Observe > Logs => you can see Filtering namespace is already set as chat
• Clear all filters => you will see Please select a namespace inline message next to Run query button
• Filtering >  Namespaces and choose other than chat (in my case I have minio, netobserv, chainsaw-multitenancy) - so choose netobserve
• Click on Run query button -> Logs are filtered by netobserve
• Click on Explain Log Volume button
• Verify the legend => it is showing chat (from the Project/Namespace level dropdown on the top of the page)

Expected Result: Should it be displaying the legend and graph for netobserve?

Compare the graph where netobserve is set on Project/namespace top dropdown, query and then legend and graph are different
