[COO1.3.1] - ACM vs Troubleshooting Panel - in Admin perspective, when in Alert Details, korrel8r graph is not rendered

      • COO1.3.1 with Troubleshooting Panel UIPlugin, Monitoring UIPlugin with acm, incidents and perses enabled

      Steps:

      1. In Admin perspective, go to Observe > Alerting
      2. In Alerts tab, expand Watchdog row
      3. Select Watchdog alert
      4. Open Troubleshooting Panel from link or 9dots - Signal correlation
      5. Click on Focus
      6. Result: graph is not rendered
      7. In Troubleshooting Panel, click on Advanced link
      8. In the Query we have: alert:alert:{"managed_cluster":"8a65b976-8184-472a-9725-ecb2d155627d","namespace":"openshift-monitoring","severity":"none","alertname":"Watchdog"}
      9. Remove "managed_cluster":"8a65b976-8184-472a-9725-ecb2d155627d",
      10. Click on Refresh button
      11. Result: graph is rendered

      Note: When we have an env without ACM, it is rendered consistently
