can not see time duration-to-now option

      Can not see   the Troubleshooting panel:  time duration-to-now option. The is feature works last week. It seems some PR break this feature.

      The latest fbc image today.  the troubleshoot-panel image are using the latest command in release-0.4.0

      Step to Reproduce:

      Check troubleshoot panel-query-container.

      Expected Result:

      There is is panel 'recent'
