Here is the doc I've used to track the installation of COO1.3.0 bundle on OCP4.15 and OCP4.19. It got installed successfully on both envs:

      https://docs.google.com/document/d/1d4B9yTVZtapLRYY1plfkAkzjsKHs4YjO5motOIlq4sA/edit?tab=t.9pdu0eckwbjx

We usually receive FBC images to test, however this time we got a bundle. Not sure if it matters, but my operator-sdk version is this one:

operator-sdk version: "v1.39.1", commit: "b8a728e15447465a431343a664e9a27ff9db655e", kubernetes version: "v1.31.0", go version: "go1.23.4", GOOS: "darwin", GOARCH: "arm64"

This is the doc to track UIPlugin installation and started with Monitoring UIPlugin for OCP4.15 and 4.19.

I see different errors in each env.

Logs are also attached in the doc and here.
