Include korrel8r images (operator and engine) to the COO build pipeline to be included as part of the COO product.

2. Merge MR and transfer with COO-crew to https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/pipeline/products/-/tree/master/products/cluster-observability-operator?ref_type=heads
3. Wait until rel-eng merges the pipeline/products MR && Honeybadger-pipeline set up of brew/dist-git/errata is successful
