Not able to filter traces in Distributed tracing by namespace

      When deploying a OTEL and TEmpo stack we are not able to filter the traces by namespace it give no resource found evne manually typing teh namespace does not work 

      steps to reproduce
      create a tempo stacks

      setup  a OTLP 
      sent the traces and try to filter by namespace
