1. Install COO1.2
2. Install Monitoring UIPlugin from Form view:
   1. Name = monitoring
   2. Type = Monitoring
   3. Do not fill/flag any field under monitoring section - just leave as is
3. Create
4. Take a look at the details of monitoring and check YAML

Result: acm, perses, incidents are not presented in the YAML as false - that I think it is acceptable, however it does not reconcile

5. The same happens if you install through YAML :
