DataView now includes resizable columns as of version 6.4.0. ConsoleDataView should be update to make use of this new feature.

AC:

Bump the PF6 DataView pkg to 6.4.0 to make the DataView columns resizable

Note: The bug in the DataView got fixed https://github.com/patternfly/react-data-view/pull/596#issuecomment-3853493104
