The current api-explorer list page uses the VirtualizedTable. We want to replace it with the new Data View Table

AC:

• api-explorer page in the Home section is updated to use DataView equivalents
• sorting, filtering, and row actions will have feature parity with the previous Data View implementation.
• use the newly created table that accepts non-K8s Resource values too
• any related tests are updated to work with the new DataView components
