It seems like OperatorHub is mixing operator names when multiple catalogs provide the same operator on different channel / version.Example with netobserv, we have a deprecated community operator (replaced by helm upstream) and an official red hat one.I installed the red hat one and noticed the deprecated title showing while installing. I started to doubt about clicking the right one 
Coming back on the list, you can see that the red hat catalog one was installed and the deprecated one is not. That's super confusing !
