• public/components/replication-controller.jsx (Robb)
• public/components/stateful-set.tsx (Robb)

AC:

• files in the Workloads section are updated to use DataView equivalents
• sorting, filtering, and row actions will have feature parity with the previous implementation
• any related tests are updated to work with the new DataView components
• Each of the migration item should be carried out in a separate Jira sub-task/PR
