In OCP 4.19.5, in console's menu item Administrator view => Networking => UserDefinedNetworks, when creating a new ClusterUserDefinedNetwork, in user dialog, the link to the network documentation is wrong. It gives a 404.

How to reproduce:

1. In UI, select Administrator view => Networking => UserDefinedNetWorks
2. select the button for "Create ClusterUserDefinedNetwork"
3. in user dialog, in the introduction, select the link.

Actual behavior:

the link points to https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.19/html/networking/multiple-networks#primary-networks and gives a 404: Page not found

Expected behavior:

the link points to https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.19/html/networking/multiple[_|https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.19/html/networking/multiple-networks#primary-networks]networks/primary-networks and gives a valid documentation page
