Previously we the v1lpha1 version of the CRD was remove in this 4.19.

Unfortunately we needed to rollback this change due to issue with the upgrade process from from 4.18 to 4.19.

Based on the conversation the process is a bit complicated and needs to be tested before we are actually can proceed with merging, thats why we only reverted the v1alpha1 version removal.

AC: Determine steps necessary for removing the v1alpha1 version and created a follow up story for making necessary changes.
