We need an official release image for the dynamic demo plugin since we are using it the oc-manifest.yaml file, which is documented as the official way to deploy this plugin. We are currently just using a personal repo, which may not work in some use cases.

AC:

• Create a nightly job for building dynamic-demo-plugin image (release repository)
• Update the oc-manifest.yaml to use the build dynamic-demo-plugin latest image build (console repository)
