Remove snapshot tests since Console is migrating away from Enzyme to React Testing Library.

The snapshot test is often fragile, breaking due to minor and frequently irrelevant UI changes, resulting in high maintenance overhead. Also tightly couple to implementation details rather than user-facing behavior approach of RTL.
