Investigate and create a PoC implementation for replacing the deprecated VirtualizedTable with the DataView component in the OpenShift Console Pods list page.

Objective:

• Understand the capabilities and implementation details of the DataView component.
• Assess feasibility and potential challenges of migrating from VirtualizedTable to DataView.
• Create a PoC PR demonstrating the usage of DataView in the Pods list page.
• Identify any required modifications or enhancements to DataView to support this use case.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A proof-of-concept PR is created demonstrating DataView usage in the Pods list page.
• Findings and recommendations documented for the full migration.
• Identified gaps or blockers, if any, are documented.
