For preparation to upgrade to React 18, we need to update @testing-library/react. There already was a PR for upgrading Jest to v29 but due to the issues with slow tests it got abandoned.

We need revisit the update Jest PR and evaluate whats causing the issue with slow tests and propose next steps, which could be either fixing the issue or adopt Jest version which would be compatible with React18.
