As a user, I don't care to know the starting lines of currently visible nested contexts, and I feel the height of effective current lines are reduced, so I want an option to disable sticky headers in the YAML editor.

AC: 

• Add Switch component to the YAMLEditor, for disabling and enabling sticky headers.
• Potentially move the toggles for tooltips and sticky headers into a separate modal
