In PatternFly 6, the colour of the masthead changes depending upon the mode (light vs dark). As a result, a single custom logo may not work for both cases (as is the case with the existing OKD and OpenShift logos as they assume the masthead background is always dark and include white text as a result). We need to add the ability to specify a second logo to account for this.

• propose chances writing an enhancement document which should cover the fullstack change - API, console-operator, console
• update console operator's config API with additional field for defining second custom logo for PF6
• add unit tests for the API change
