Motivation

Console will be moving from PF5 to PF6 in its 4.19 development cycle.

Updating all of the Console code to use PF6 including e2e integration tests is a complex task on its own. We'd like Console plugins to start using PF6 sooner rather than later.

Acceptance criteria

• Console loads PF6 stylesheets alongside PF5 ones.
  Note: in the short term, we can use an aliased npm dependency
  "@patternfly-6/patternfly": "npm:@patternfly/patternfly@6.1.0",

• (If necessary) Updated Console plugin SDK packages are published for 4.19+

• Code in dynamic demo plugin is updated to use PF6 components

• Dynamic demo plugin builds without errors and works in Console
