Console has recently been updated to use webpack 5 which includes native support for module federation.

Plugin infra code in shared-modules-init.ts for initializing the shared scope object should be updated to use _{}webpack_init_sharing{}_ function instead of using an ad-hoc object.

This should also fix runtime warnings about "*" character issued by webpack module federation code.
